Thank you for your interest in the Computational Thinking Olympiad and Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurial Thinking Olympiad.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your school's participation in the Computational Thinking Olympiad and Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurial Thinking Olympiad (collectively, "Program"). By registering your school for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- School Responsibilities
- Participation and Promotion:
- Participation: Your school will participate in the Program as per the guidelines and schedules provided.
- Promotion: Your school will use commercially reasonable efforts to promote the Program to students, which may include but is not limited to, internal communications, school newsletters, and school events.
- Accurate Information
- Information: Your school will provide accurate and up-to-date information about the Program to students and their guardians, including registration procedures, fees, and deadlines.
- Compliance with Laws
- Legal Compliance: Your school will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your participation and promotional activities related to the Program.
- Data Protection
- Data Compliance: Your school will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding the collection and use of student data.
- Use of Our Brand
- License: Your school is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of promoting the Program within your school.
- Brand Guidelines: Your school will use our brand in accordance with our brand guidelines, which will be provided to you upon registration.
- Fees and Payments
- Program Fees: Your school will be responsible for paying the Program fees as outlined during the registration process.
- Payment Terms: All fees are due as per the payment terms provided and must be paid in full by the deadlines specified.
- Term and Termination
- Term: These Terms will commence on the date your school registers for the Program ("Effective Date") and will remain in effect until the conclusion of the Program or terminated by either party.
- Termination by Us: We may terminate these Terms for any reason, with or without cause, upon written notice to you.
- Termination by School: Your school may terminate these Terms by providing us with written notice.
- Independent Contractor
- Status: Your school acknowledges that you are an independent participant and not an employee, agent, or representative of stepo.org.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
- "As Is" Provision: The Program and all materials provided hereunder are provided "As Is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
- No Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these terms or the program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Maharashtra], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [India], State of [Maharashtra].
- Entire Agreement
- Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between your school and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
- Amendment
- Changes to Terms: We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Your school is responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
- Severability
- Invalid Provisions: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver
- No Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both your school and us.
- Assignment
- No Assignment: Your school may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
- Notices
- Communication: All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or sent by overnight courier, to the addresses set forth below.
